Hi Darren/all

I received this email today from Amazon. First time received, been selling FBA in the UK for 9 months.

My revenue per month exceeds £4k.

Need some advice please! Has anyone actioned this and taken out insurance? What happens if I don’t take out?

Thanks!
Adam

I would just take out an insurance policy. Can you afford to defend your company if you are sued for thousands of pounds by a customer? If not, it’s probably a no brainer. Plus it stops Amazon from potentially suspending you if they ask for evidence and you can’t provide it.

I agree with @steveh, regardless of what Amazon are saying you want insurance to protect yourself and your business.

I have been with Crendon Insurance for 6 years and compared to the average insurer they have a much better idea of what is required to insure an Amazon seller: https://www.fbaelite.com/resources/discount-insurance-save-5.3/

You only need to provide the documents to Amazon if they request it.

Hi Darren, Natalie is no longer with the company. Who is your contact now? Roughly how much are the premiums?
